In the bounds of the joint project of the Vanilla Sky Restaurant and the Yaroslavl Historical-Architectural and Art Museum-Reserve, academic researchers of the museum provide the information on what residents of Yaroslavl ate 100 years ago and the chefs of the restaurant cook the dishes that may be interesting for the modern Yaroslavl residents and guests of the city.
